Hi, I'm Gemma
I'm a Fitness & Certified Nutrition Coach, an expert in women's health at all junctions of life, including pregnancy and menopause. I'm also a busy working mum of two so I understand how important it is to find the right balance. I am a HUGE advocate for how wellness can improve your life in ways that extend beyond the physical image. I help women rediscover their confidence and find their inner strength with client centred and supportive coaching methods. I believe a healthy body can be any size and to quote Dr Yoni Freedhoff

My mission is to help more women find the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves by prioritising their health by making exercising and eating well enjoyable, nourishing and achievable even if you are short on time.

I offer a range of services for my clients because we know that fitness needs to be flexible for busy women. Whether you want the privacy of personal 1-2-1 training, the flexibility of online training or the community spirit of classes, I've got you covered.
I also offer Nutritional Packages to compliment your training, help with weight loss, diet, hormonal imbalances and get you closer to the healthier you without just relying on calorie counting and cardio!
