I’m a women’s health coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator specialising in perimenopause and menopause.
I work with capable, driven midlife women who are used to coping well, but are starting to feel wired, tired, or not quite themselves.
Midlife shifts everything. Hormones change. Stress tolerance changes. Recovery changes. And the strategies that worked in your thirties often stop working.
My work blends strength training, supportive nutrition, and nervous system regulation to help you feel stable, energised and confident in your body again.

As a busy working mum of two, I understand the juggle of career, family, and self. My coaching is grounded, science-informed, and centred on sustainable change that fits real life.
