
Hi, I'm Gemma
I’m a Fitness and Certified Nutrition Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and women’s health expert supporting women through every chapter of life, from pregnancy to perimenopause and beyond.
As a busy working mum of two, I understand how hard it can feel to find balance. My approach blends movement, breath, and mindful nutrition to help women reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and restore calm from the inside out. I’m a huge advocate for how wellness, and especially breathwork, can transform your life in ways that go far beyond the physical. Through simple, science-backed breathing practices, I help women regulate stress, improve focus, balance hormones, and find emotional steadiness amidst the chaos of daily life.
My coaching is client-centred, supportive, and grounded in the belief that a healthy body can be any size. To quote Dr Yoni Freedhoff:
"The truth is there will come a point where you can't happily live any better, where you can't happily eat less and you can't happily exercise more, and your weight, living with that life, is your best weight."
My mission is to help more women find the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves, not through restriction or extremes, but by discovering sustainable rhythms of movement, nourishment, and breath that fit real life.

I offer a range of services for my clients because we know that fitness needs to be flexible for busy women. Whether you want the privacy of personal 1-2-1 training, the flexibility of online training or the community spirit of classes, I've got you covered.
I also offer Nutritional Packages to compliment your training, help with weight loss, diet, hormonal imbalances and get you closer to the healthier you without just relying on calorie counting and cardio!
